Love Thy Brownie

Chocolate Brownies (in a cup) à la Ambitious Kitchen

• 1 c tahini

• 1/2 c coconut sugar

• 1/4 c pure maple syrup

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 2 eggs

• 1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder

• 1 Tbs coconut flour

• 1/2 tsp baking soda

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/3 c chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9×9″ baking pan (or 8 ramekins) with coconut oil. In large bowl, combine the tahini, coconut sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract and eggs until well mixed. Gently fold in cocoa powder, coconut flour, salt and baking soda until batter is smooth and thick. Fold in chocolate chips.

Spread batter evenly in greased baking pan (or ramekins). Bake for 22-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean or with just a few crumbs attached. Add fresh fruit or sprinkle with sea salt. Yumm!
