bio: Natasha Zarrin

Natasha Zarrin is a Homeopath certified by the Council for Homeopathic Certification, a Holistic Health Counselor certified by the Association of Drugless Practitioners of America and an Educator certified by Aviva Romm’s Women’s Integrative Medicine Institute. Natasha graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition as well as the Food Therapy program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Food and Healing. Her homeopathic studies were completed at The Centre for Homeopathic Education.

With over a decade of working in the corporate world and an M.B.A., Natasha is well versed in the intricacies and pressures of corporate lifestyles and, more importantly, the toll it can take on one’s wellbeing. Natasha’s relationship with food as medicine began as a casual love affair during her travels and a fascination with different cultures. Since having a family and adjusting her own work/life balance, Natasha has come to understand that the interdependence between health and food has a profound impact on our lives.

While finding balance through food and lifestyle choices has been the driver for Natasha’s practice, homeopathy is a healing dimension to which Natasha has been long drawn. Through a series of personal experiences, homeopathy has presented itself as an indispensable tool in correcting imbalances that creep into our lives. Fascination with the science of homeopathy inspired Natasha to pursue a formal degree with CHE-NY. Natasha’s clinical homeopathic practice began in 2012 and has encompassed physical inconveniences ranging from skin rashes and headaches to hormonal imbalances, as well as challenges involving anxiety, concentration and general well-being. Most recently, Natasha’s focus has been on women’s health, with particular interest in pre-, post- and menopausal health. In this context, she is thrilled to be able to offer natural approaches – lifestyle, food, botanicals, supplements and homeopathic therapies – to optimizing women’s lives.

In the course of 20+ years as a wellness practitioner, Natasha has always sought out ways to augment her knowledge base and increase the tools available to her clients with an overall aim of increasing vitality, eliminating imbalances and empowering each individual to live their best lives.
